Thought I'd share a few of my favorite Christmas gifts with you. Now, these first two- well, let's just say that I am making up my own word to describe the two together - if it doesn't already exist. That word would be oxyMORONIC!! It isn't that I can't have See's Candies on Weight Watchers, it's more that I have a heck of a time limiting myself to one or two. That's a tough one for me. And no - those two gifts were not from the same person! And they truly were two of my favorites among the great gifts I received.
More great ones in this next group: A vintage Mousketunes record - and gift cards for shopping at some of my favorite places!! All of these were from my wonderful and generous family.
I also received this great booklet, below. Look how happy this lady is as she contemplates how to decorate her home. I understand - it's one of my favorite things, too.
This is one of the pages inside. Can I even tell you how much I love this kitchen??
Geraniums in the window, LOVE the chairs, the stepstool, the floral designs on the cupboards, the linoleum floor, her dress, her apron. My kind of place.

Wonderful gifts. The Mickey Mouse Club record caught my eye. My Mom used to tell me that when my brother and I were toddlers, we used to sit in front of the TV, with our mouseketeer "ears" on, and sing along to the opening song...every day it was on. Yes, the original one, with Annette and the gang. (I'm aging myself)

love the floor - in our first apt - it was in a huge old house - the kitchen was drk blue with creamy white boarder on the outside with a big creamy white and drk blue circle in the middle with a creamy white coffe pot. if i could have taken that floor with me i would still have it today - loved it!!! great gifts heidi!
Faith - That floor sounds fabulous! I don't suppose you took a picture of it??
I agree, I could move right in! You received some wonderful gifts. It's great people know you well enough to give you vintage items and know that you will love them. Twyla
Hi Twyla. I have learned over the years to make sure to give Heidi Ann either ALL vintage or mostly vintage. It is pretty easy to do since I have a good idea of what she likes. Sometimes (well, most of the time) it is stuff I love too. Afterward, it is very fun to see the items in her blog.
What great gifts! I love that kitchen too!
Blessings
Linda
Oh my goodness! Love that kitchen!
Fun gifts, Heidi! I spent a lot of my Christmas money at Michael's. Have you gone yet?
Hi Holly! Nope - The nearest Michaels and Target to me are an hour away - not sure when I will get there!
Same with me, Heidi! Michael's is a rare treat.
