Yes, I do believe it's a hood ornament - but I have no idea from when or what model. I just knew I needed to add her to my collection - since I'm such a deco freak! And, I mean - fifty cents!!
Oh! I was all excited because I thought I knew what "she" was - I mistakenly thought it was the Flying Lady that was on the Rolls Royce cars - but alas, she is not the same.
