Question: What happens when you have SO many collectibles that you couldn't possibly keep track of them all?
Answer: Sometimes you find a little box squirreled away in storage that contains part of your collection that you have not laid eyes on for about 15 years!
Now what? My cabinet already has birds packed in like sardines.
Um - no - I am NOT going to part with them. I think I may have mentioned before that my birds and my deer are probably my favorite collections.
Guess I will just try to fit them in somehow. Where there's a will, there's a way.
i knew about the deer but not about the birds!! boy it looks like you have some real treasures rediscovered. as always heidi- very cool! keep me updated on your booth!
ReplyDeleteSo glad you let those poor birds out of the box. I am sure you will find a nice place to display them. Love T
ReplyDeleteYour birds are so colorful and cheery that I wouldn't want to part with them either! But, if you must, there's always the "booth"...
ReplyDeleteYou know, if that store booth doesn't end up panning out for you (Get it? I said, "panning out" because you're the Gold Country Girls. Ba-dump-ump!), your HOUSE is certainly well stocked enough to serve as an entire antique mall! Not that you'd EVER want to do that!
Good one, Anthony! "Panning out" - I love it!
ReplyDeleteThere is always room for another collectible that you love. We have people ask, 'Where do you keep everything?' You just add it to what's already there! Twyla
