Well, it is still August, and it's still HOT - so today Penny is wearing a vintage SUN dress by Alex Colman: Bright and pretty in SUNny yellow, it belonged to my mother-in-law: Try to keep cool, Penny! Penny says she's always cool. I think I know what she means.
penny lane is such a clothes horse! this is the year we did not have a summer - it has meant horrible things for our garden and for donning wonderful summertime apparel as penny gets too.
I love this dress, so summery and cheery. I'm envious of your warm weather, I actually had to wear a light coat in Chicago today. :( Our summer has been super chilly & damp, not fun.
