What's Penny Wearing? #28 Faded Floral

Today Penny Lane is presenting a lovely dress I found at a thrift store. It's a lovely sort of faded vintage-look floral, with mother-of-pearl buttons down the entire length of the front.

I paid $1.75.
Now, that's what I call a bargain!
