I found this pair of "The Thinker" bookends at a thrift store:
Anything that can help hold up some of our massive amount of printed volumes in this house is a good find...

Dobie Gillis (if anyone out there is old enough to remember) would really like those book ends. (He always went to the statue of the Thinker to make his comments to the audience.) Love T
Oh my gosh! My parents had those bookends when I was growing up! And Trixie Belden was my favorite series. I discovered her and Ginny Gordon by finding my aunt's old books in my grandmother's attic in the late 70's. Love this post!
