What's Penny Wearing? RED, Of Course! (#23)
Once again, it's National Wear Red Day. Wear red today if you can, and show your support for Go Red For Women. You can donate by going to that link, or you can just wear red and try to help spread the word that heart disease is the number one killer of women. I found the dress Penny is modeling at a thrift store.
