Then And Now #62 Jergens Lotion

I love the sweet almond scent of good old Jergen's Lotion. Here is how the bottle looked in 1955:

By 1957, it had changed::
And here is how it looks "Now". I know - I liked the glass ones better, too! They just don't make 'em like they used to. They do have a number of different types to choose from these days, but only the "Original Scent" has that smell of sweet almond I love so much:

Since it no longer comes in a pretty bottle like the one in the top picture, I put mine in a shoe-shaped bottle I found at a thrift store:

Ready to use, and it looks pretty, too!

    Am I the only person who doesn't really care for the scent of Jergens? I am glad they have some other scents now, maybe I will try some. I love your shoe bottle. Love T
