Leeds Shoes, Circa The 1970's

I found a few examples of Leed's advertisements from the 1970's, and I wanted to share them.
Leather uppers platforms with wooden platforms, and a nice-looking leather bag to go with them:
Boots with stacked heels, and another nice handbag:
And shoes for dressing up  - and going out  - in:
Everything you needed to be steppin' in style, back in 1977, folks.
(These are all from The Los Angeles Times Home Magazine).

  1. Cool! I had a pair of boots very similar to the ones shown closer to the bottom of the ad. Loved them!

  4. I didn't have any of these but most of the shoes I bought in the 70's were from Leeds.
