What's Penny Wearing? #46 Striped Summery Shift


This vintage handmade dress was rolled up and stuck in with the fabric remnants at a thrift shop. The brightly colored striped fabric caught my eye right away, and after I unfurled it I saw what it was.
Somebody made it, and didn't get around to finishing the hem.

I think it could be from the 70's, but I don't know for sure.

Aren't the colors bright and beautiful?

    The flower brooch is perfect with it. What size do you suppose it is? Looks tiny. The colors are so happy.

    It really isn't that small; there's a clothes pin at Penny's back - to make it "fit" her better!
