I Love Art Linkletter

Well, I do. I grew up watching his friendly face on TV.
I think it's so neat that this book has an introduction by Walt Disney, and a cover and inside illustrations by Charles Schulz!
I think I must have been almost happy to be home from school sick - if I was well enough to be able to lie on the couch, I'd get to watch his show in the afternoon.
He is brilliant, funny, entertaining, and a very savvy business man, as well.
I admire him so much that I have been collecting his books for years. Somewhere I have a list of all the titles I've found.
You probably know that he was at the opening day of Disneyland. He was the owner of the photo concession at the park at that time. This man knows what he's doing! He turned 96 in July, and it is my hope that he still is feeling great! I love you, Mr. Linkletter! Thank you for all the laughs!

I just loved his show. The kids were so cute. They weren't trying to be wiseguys like most kids on TV now. What a nice man. I would love to read all those books. Love T

Well, thanks for this memory! He used to be a part of our every day lives. I loved the kids say the darndest things segment. He was such a nice man. I didn't know he was still alive. That's great! Have a nice day. Twyla

I remember watching his show when I would get a "sick" day from school. Boy, you sure do jog my memory...and make me smile. Susan

Art Linkletter's an amazing man, I agree. If we're gonna have anyone still around from the golden age of entertainment (and sadly that number has dwindled drastically in recent years) I'm glad it's him. We visited my wife's aunt and uncle recently, and our kids got to play a 1960's "LIFE" game with Art's picture on it. Brought back great memories for me! I've always admired his faith and cheerful attitude. It's served him well.
