Here is how my sandwich evolved:
Take one HUGE tri-tip, cut it up a bit and marinate it in Basque Marinade, below:
Grill it, and then forget to take a picture until after some of it has been sliced:
Slice it all up:
And then take some garlic sourdough bread, a little mayonnaise, some mustard and some reduced fat pepper jack cheese, and enjoy!
Yum.
