
I found the used (and pretty darned scruffy) belt in the picture above at a thrift store. But I didn't buy it to use it as a belt.

I bought it because I thought it would be a great option for displaying some of the vintage flower pins in my collection. They were sitting in a glass dish atop my dresser and it was getting a little TOO full.

And now it displays some of my favorites in a very small space!

I used a wreath hanger to hang it from the back of a door to take this picture, but it could be hung anywhere at all where there is a nail or a hook.
And now I can see them!
Much better.
But I have more flower pins than the belt has room for - so I'll have to find another one. Shouldn't be too hard.
