Chessie and I had a portrait sitting the other day.
He is twelve years old now.
He has become calmer, more retrospective.
He has been known to occasionally chase his tail.
He would like to rule the roost, but Ishi (at two years old) has rather taken over that position.
That's okay with Chessie, though, he knows who is Mom's favorite.

He certainly is a most handsome Cheshire Cat, and the perfect Kitty Cousin for my Dizzy Kitty, who happens to turn 15 this month!
He is a beautiful cat! They do calm down when they get older. We have a 4 month old kitten who is a terror sometimes...but I look forward to watching her grow. I hope your kitty is with you for a long time!
He looks like the wise senior member of the cat family. I love it when they get to this age.
