I found some more books for my ever-growing collection at a thrift store last week.
I was delighted to find a copy of "Happiness Is A Warm Puppy" by Charles Schulz,
published in 1965 by Determined Productions:
Below, we have an appropriate sentiment and illustration for this time of year:
Good old Charlie Brown.
The illustration and prose below were found inside another book I picked up. This perfectly lovely book is by Gwen Frostic.
The artwork is just beautiful:
I also found another copy of "Smorgasbord", which I have shared with you in an earlier post. (Click here to revisit.)
You KNOW I cannot resist wonderful books - especially at bargain prices!

Very nice. I saw some wonderful leaves yesterday, bright yellow big leaf maple leaves gathered in drifts along the side of Newtown Road. It was so beautiful against the red soil. Love T
