Seventeen Magazine: The Peter Max Edition

The April 1969 issue of Seventeen magazine remains one of my favorites - because it features Peter Max artwork and products. (And yes, that's the adorable Bonnie Lysohir again on the cover and also on most of the pages.)
It features a layout with seven pages of the most fabulous array of Peter Max-designed stuff that was available at the time! Scarves, pillows, belts, mugs, notebooks:
Ties, separates and dresses:

More dresses and pantyhose:

More hosiery and an umbrella:
A Right Guard advertisement found elsewhere in the issue for the Funbrella:

A body stocking - and that's a starry sheet in the background:

And sweatshirts in a variety of colors:

See? I TOLD you it was fabulous!
Sure do wish I had some of that stuff now.......

I am ready for that umbrella! I would love a pair of tights or one of those great outfits. I have a scarf somewhere, it is nice to be able to date it. Great post. Love T

That Bonnie Lysohir was wearing the Dorothy Hamill cut before Dorothy Hamill...
