From one of my favorite Mother Goose books, The Original Volland Edition with illustrations by Frederick Richardson (reprinted in 1984) that I found recently at a thrift store.
Wouldn't these be adorable framed in an old fashioned nursery. No offense to the adorable Pooh Bear but I'd love to design a nursery of all vintage furnishing and pictures like these. Very sweet. ~Vickie~

I've never heard of either of these Goose creations...obviously they were never spoofed on FRACTURED FAIRY TALES.
