I found a pretty, tweedy vintage Pendleton suit jacket at one of my favorite thrift shops. 
I realize the camouflage-look scarf may be an odd choice with this, but, somehow, when paired with the black skirt (which was all I had to put on Penny with it!), I think it kind of works.
