Pilgrims For Thanksgiving

Pilgrims and company onstage at Betsy McCall's school:
Two sweet pilgrims praying from Tasha Tudor's "First Graces":
An antique postcard:
And a reproduction postcard from Lillian Vernon:
Sweet - well, with the exception of the guy with the turkey hanging on his arm, perhaps. But, hey - they had to eat!

We have about 8 wild turkeys who troop through our yard every day. I am hanging a copy of the pilgrim with the gun and the dead turkey out there so maybe they will get the idea they had better move on! (They tear up the flower beds, what little I have of flower beds after the deer get through with them anyway) Love T
