Hi, Tina here. This is a very short post, and pretty late in the day.
Yesterday morning we lost my mother-in-law to a very aggressive lung cancer that was discovered just before Christmas. We thought we were ready but we are still reeling.
She was 84 and had a pretty darn good life, so we are pretty sure she was ready to go shmooze (okay, how would YOU spell shmoose?) with her husband, sister, and son...
See ya in heaven, Grandma Jayne.

Bye, bye Jayne, a sweet lady!!!!
I am so sorry you girls have lost your grandma. One can never truly prepare to lose a loved one. I hope she didn't suffer too much. Both of my parents were only sick for less than a month before they passed.
So sorry for you loss. What a lovely lovely lady!~~~XXOO, Beth
no one is ever ready - my dad fought for 2 years and it was still a shock. she looks like a very sweet happy person. its not something you get over - you just slowly learn to live with it - at least in my experience. wishing you and your family peace, sooner than later. sounds like you have tons of good memories to hold onto......
So sorry!
I'm sorry to hear about gramma Jayne. She looks like a shmooser!
May you find peace soon in your memories of her life.
I was so sorry to hear that she had died, Tina. I am glad that we got to see her at Christmas; it had been quite awhile. Sending you hugs! Love, Heidi
I am very sorry for your loss. May she rest in peace, Richard.
So sorry, Tina, hubby, family. Gramma Jayne looks like a great gal. Yup, hurts. Love & Hugs, Jim
Yep! "Shmooze" looks like it's spelled right to me... and I hope your grandma Jayne is up there doing it.
A fast death is better than the long drawn out one. She is OK and she isn't suffering.
I send a hug for you and your family.
Oh no -- deepest condolences for your loss. May she rest in peace.
Looks like she was one gorgeous lady. :o)
Rest in peace :(
