Uncle Ben's Rice mix, as seen here in the ad below from 1969. Their recipe in the advertisement sounds yummy (click on it to make it larger), except I would leave out the turkey liver, and I'd rather use fresh mushrooms:

I also have a recipe somewhere for using this mix for stuffing Cornish game hens. You add dried cranberries, and I think you pour orange juice over the hens before roasting. I've used it twice, and of course I guess it's more of a fall or winter dish - but they were really good!
