So much work goes into this stitchery! Look at this lovely floral embroidered work of art. It was designed by Elizabeth Bauman for Better Homes and Gardens in 1969:

i have 2 friends that i knew while in ca - in the bay area - both did needlepoint. ann marie was beyond compare and pat was talented - i cannot do it!!!! boo hoo but boy do i love it.
I am so lovin' your blog! I just recently found it. We seem to have so much in common. I love Disney, all Disney. My favorite place is Disneyland. I live in the eastern Sierra Nevadas.
