First of all, I found a tall and pretty glass tree topper, and this tablecloth in a pattern that I have searched for ever since I first saw it. This is a reproduction of a vintage cloth, but that's all right with me, since it only cost $2.00 and the new ones sold for around $30 or more. Vintage ones - who knows how high they might go on eBay? Too much for me. This thrift store find will do nicely, thank you:
A nice box of vintage shiny Brites, and two strings of bubble lights that had a total of nine working lights on them for $1. We haven't been able to find ANY replacement bubble lights in a single store in our town this year, and the ones I saw online were around $6 for 3 lights, not including shipping.
A nice round green felt table cover or tree skirt, with lovely gold trim around the edges. I may or may not embellish it with some of my vintage felt sequined adornments, like the lantern shown with it here:
I found the sweetest little white hutch to go in my doll house! And a fireplace ornament that will be going in one of the upstairs bedrooms, so that Santa has three chimneys to choose from:
Another wonderful vintage Christmas book to add to my collection:
I love the illustrations inside. Perfect condition, published in 1947:
Ornaments look fabulous inside this large salad or punch bowl with aqua and orange flowers on the outside:
Two large winking Santa mugs who have little blue plastic "rhinestones" in their eyes, and a great vintage Christmas runner or tea towel:
And I'll end with some shiny ornaments, two are old, the other two - not so much, but who cares?
They're wonderful, all the same.

In love with that tablecloth - I wouldn't care if it was vintage or not with those colors and graphics! You've really been doing well with the thrift store finds!

Oh yes, vintage ornaments in bowls are wonderful!
Your new tablecloth is really nice. I am glad you got working bubble lights. I saw some at a thrift store in Georgetown, should have gotten them for you. Your felt tree skirt is great, I love vintage felt decorations, so colorful. Great haul there sis. I am sure your home, and your dollhouse, will look wonderful this season. Love T

Such great finds~ I loooove the graphics on your vintage reroduction tablecloth. I don't mind reproduction either, especially if it's done well.
I was in your booth at Mountain Treasures Thanksgiving weekend! I snatched up those hammered aluminum trays w/the dogwood flowers~ Love them! I was there when I guy discovered those lodge-look framed pictures with "canoe strokes" ~ I can't remember the other one. The guy was totally thrilled when he found them. He said that he's going to hang them in his vintage trailer. So cute!
Hugs,
Jill
