I love to pick up items for crafting at thrift stores, Dollar Tree, Michaels, etc. So they are usually fairly inexpensive and I then tuck them away for projects some day....
Here are some recent finds: Cool packing tape, it's clear with the design in color, small mirrors, felt pink coasters:
Cellophane goodie bags with adorable birds, white porcelain birds, small white paper cups in bulk.
Pretty pastel colored drinking straws, flexible heart-shaped ice cube tray or mold, ponytail holders with cute trims:
A recipe box and a Mary Engelbreit journal. I use recipe boxes for craft ideas and photos and write ideas in journals all the time:
A whole bunch of holly and berry picks for Christmas crafts:
Large jewel garlands, which I may disassemble to reuse, inside of an enamelware pan I found at a thrift shop:
Nice idea to turn a photo box (Michaels has these in their ad quite often at 3/$5) into a cool ribbon holder and dispenser:
I had to show you the letters Amber's father-in-law made for new baby Addison's room wall. They had seen them online for high prices and he cut them and painted them himself for a total cost of $17.00, his time - priceless!! Underneath her name is a shelf I already had, and which I gave to them to use. Baby is due March 10th, so she'll be here VERY soon!!!
Can't wait!

Great stuff, love the "housework" saying on the recipe box. Addison's wall is very pretty, can't wait to meet her. Love T
It definitely looks like you found more terrific stuff! And I just love Addison's name on the wall. Looks beautiful.
nice enamel pan!!!!! love those ribbon boxes so great idea on how to get/make one on the cheap. you are so right about the 'priceless' when it comes to the time and care to make those letters-wonderful.
Wow you found great stuff! Of everything (and I'm an enamel nut), those pink coasters were my favorite! They are just so cute! I got so excited when I saw your name in my comments this morning! Thank you for visiting. Have a nice day! Twyla
