Happy First Day of May to all, and a basket of wishes for glorious springtime days!
Maybe you will leave a surprise at the door of a neighbor like the adorable children in this lovely Tasha Tudor illustration. Or, perhaps better yet - find one has been left at your doorstep!

Delivered may day baskets to a bunch of girl friends today. Such a fun tradition! The best part was hearing their msgs. on my answering machine. I made their days with my little bouquets and they made mine with their sweet comments!
Oh, how sweet! They must have been delighted!
Happy May Day to you too! :)
Such a darling illustration, I love all the flowers growing around the porch, especially the wisteria. Love T
Book-maniacs unite!! I guess we're officially called bibliophiles, but book-maniacs seems more accurate. I could start a lending library with my craft and decorating collection. (But I won't, because I might not get them back. You never know when you're gonna need a book on cross-stitch from 1988, right??)
